If you can safely drive your vehicle then lets streamline as much of the process as possible. Let us order parts ahead of time and have them inhouse before we start repairs. If your vehicle is not driveable, we can arrange for your vehicle to be towed to our facility by professionals who won't cause anymore damage to your car.

If you have already contacted insurance and they have provided you with an estimate, that will be the starting point. If you have not received an estimate, come by at your convenience to get a free estimate. No appointment necessary. If you have sent pictures into your insurance and they have sent you money - be sure to get a copy of the estimate that money is based on because that will be what you start with. We have yet to see an estimate done by pictures that there has not been a supplement on. Come let us help you with the rest of the process.

We open at 8 am so you can drop your vehicle off anytime after that. If you need a car rental, be sure to coordinate this with your insurance company. The rental car company will gladly meet you at our facility to pick you up. You can ask our staff for a local rental car company referral. Ask us about giving you a ride home, we usually can help with that.

This is when the magic happens. Parts are ordered, tear down of vehicle, repairs, refinish and clean up.

If more damages are found during the repair process, we contact the responsible party immediately. We make sure that all repairs are approved prior to completion.

Step Eight: Repair Completion/Customer Notification
Once your vehicle is complete, we will let you know when it can be picked up and go over all charges of the repairs. Our staff will let you know any out of pocket costs such as deductibles and what amount will be covered by insurance.
